Section 1Title and commencement

This order may be cited as the Salmon and Migratory Trout (Restrictions on Landing) (Variation) Order 1983 and shall come into operation on 14th February 1983.

Section 2Variation of Principal Order

In article 3 of the Salmon and Migratory Trout (Restrictions on Landing) Order 1972 the words from “during” to “inclusive,” shall be deleted.
