Section 1Citation and commencement

This order may be cited as the Salmon and Migratory Trout (Prohibition of Fishing) (Variation No. 2) Order 1983 and shall come into operation on 14th February 1983.

Section 2Variation of previous order

In Article 3(1) of the Salmon and Migratory Trout (Prohibition of Fishing) (No. 2) Order 1972 the words from the beginning to “both days inclusive” shall be deleted.
