The Community Land Act 1975 (Appointed Day for Repeal) Order 1983
Section 2
In England, Scotland and Wales the appointed day for the purpose of the repeal of the provisions of the Community Land Act 1975 mentioned in paragraph 3(1) of Schedule 17 to the Local Government, Planning and Land Act 1980 shall be 1st June 1983.
