This order may be cited as the Local Government, Planning and Land Act 1980 (Commencement No. 8) Order 1983 and shall come into operation on 3rd March 1983.

Section 2
Part X of the Local Government, Planning and Land Act 1980 shall come into operation on 3rd March 1983 in the areas of the district councils specified in the Schedule to this order.
