Section 1

These Regulations may be cited as the Police Cadets (Pensions) (Amendment) Regulations 1983.

Section 2

These Regulations shall come into operation on 15th August 1983 and shall have effect as from 1st January 1982.

Section 3

In Regulation 4 of the Police Cadets (Pensions) Regulations 1973 (effect of Regulations) there shall be omitted paragraph (1) and the references thereto in paragraphs (2) and (3).
