The Public Trustee (Custodian Trustee) Rules 1984

Section 1

These Rules may be cited as the Public Trustee (Custodian Trustee) Rules 1984 and shall come into operation on 1st March 1984.

Section 2

Rule 30 of the Public Trustee Rules 1912 shall be amended as follows:—

(a) The following sub-paragraph shall be substituted for sub-paragraph (1)(e)(i):—

(e)

(i) any Regional Health Authority, District Health Authority or special health authority, but only in relation to any trust which the authority is authorised to accept or hold by virtue of section 90 of the National Health Service Act 1977

(b) for the words “that Act” in sub-paragraph (1)(e)(ii) there shall be substituted the words “The National Health Service Reorganisation Act 1973” .
