Section 1

These Regulations may be cited as the Trade Union (Nominations) (Amendment) Regulations 1984 and shall come into operation on 14th September 1984.

Section 2

In regulation 2(1) (power to make nominations) and regulation 6(1) (payments on death) of the Trade Union (Nominations) Regulations 1977 for the references to £1,500 there shall be substituted references to £5,000.
