Section 1

These regulations may be cited as the Rent Act 1977 (Forms etc. ) (Amendment) Regulations 1984 and shall come into operation on 29th October 1984.

Section 2

In these regulations “ the principal regulations ” means the Rent Act 1977 (Forms etc.) Regulations 1980.

Section 3

Regulations 6 and 9 of the principal regulations are hereby amended by the substitution in each case, for the sum of 50p, of the sum of £1.00.

Section 4

Schedule 1 to the principal regulations is hereby amended by the substitution, for forms Nos. 5 to 10, 12 and 13, of the forms bearing those numbers in the Schedule to these regulations.
