Section 1
This order may be cited as the Assured Tenancies (Approved Bodies) (Amendment) Order 1984 and shall come into operation on 9th October 1984.

Section 2
The Assured Tenancies (Approved Bodies) ( No. 3) Order 1982 is hereby amended by the omission from the list set out in the Schedule thereto of the following body:
(9) Seddon Properties Limited
Section 3
The Assured Tenancies (Approved Bodies) (No. 8) Order 1983 is hereby amended by the omission from the list set out in the Schedule thereto of the following bodies:
(2) Alfred Samuel Bolwell, Peter Alfred David Bolwell and Richard Leighton Hayward trading as Bolwell, Bolwell and Hayward.
(3) Alfred Samuel Bolwell, Peter Alfred David Bolwell, Donald Hayward and Richard Leighton Hayward trading as Bolwell and Hayward-County Hall
