Section 1Citation and interpretation

(1) This order may be cited as the Health and Social Services and Social Security Adjudications Act 1983 (Commencement No. 5) (Amendment) Order 1984.

(2) In this order the “ No. 5 Order ” means the Health and Social Services and Social Security Adjudications Act 1983 (Commencement No. 5) Order 1984.

Section 2Amendment of the Schedule to the No. 5 Order

In the Schedule to the No. 5 Order—
(a) the entry to the Local Government Act 1966 shall be deleted;
(b) at the end of that Schedule there shall be inserted the following entry—“
