Section 1Citation and commencement

This order may be cited as the Royal Ordnance Factories (Extinguishment of Public Dividend Capital) Order 1984 and shall come into operation on 2nd January 1985.

Section 2Extinguishment of Public Dividend Capital

All liabilities which subsist in respect of public dividend capital designated in respect of the fund under section 2(2) of the Government Trading Funds Act 1973 and ranking as an asset of the Consolidated Fund are hereby extinguished.
