Section 1 Citation and Commencement

This Order may be cited as the Driving Licences (Exchangeable Licences) Order 1984 and shall come into operation on 1st June 1984.

Section 2 Designation of countries and territory

The following countries, namely Australia, Kenya, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland, and the territory of Hong Kong, are hereby designated within paragraph (b) of the definition of “exchangeable licence” in subsection (1) of section 110 of the Road Traffic Act 1972.
