Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Value Added Tax (Terminal Markets) (Amendment) Order 1985 and shall come into operation on 1st August 1985.

Section 2

Paragraph (2) of Article 2 of the Value Added Tax (Terminal Markets) Order 1973 shall be amended by deleting the words “the London Gold Futures Market,” .

Section 3

The Value Added Tax (Terminal Markets) (Amendment) ( No. 2) Order 1981 is hereby revoked.
