Section 1
This Order may be cited as the Merchant Shipping (Registration of Colonial Government Ships) (Amendment) Order 1985 and shall come into operation on 13th November 1985.

Section 2
The Merchant Shipping (Registration of Colonial Government Ships) Order 1963, as amended , shall be further amended as follows:
In Schedule 1, column (1), immediately below the words “The Government of Saint Christopher Nevis and Anguilla” there shall be inserted “The Government of St. Helena” and in column (2), opposite to the words so inserted in column (1), there shall be inserted “The Government Secretary” .
