The Local Government Act 1985 (New Authorities) (Appointed Days) Order 1985
Section 2
The day appointed for the establishment of the authority mentioned in section 18 of the Act is 1st September 1985.
Section 3
The day appointed for the establishment of each of the authorities mentioned in sections 24, 25, 26, 27 and 28 of the Act is 15th September 1985.
