Section 1Title and commencement
These regulations may be cited as the Agricultural Products Processing and Marketing (Improvement Grant) (Amendment) Regulations 1985 and shall come into operation on the day after the day on which they are made.

Section 2Amendment of the Agricultural Products Processing and Marketing (Improvement Grant) Regulations 1977
The Agricultural Products Processing and Marketing (Improvement Grant) Regulations 1977 shall be further amended by substituting in regulation 2(1) thereof for the definition of “the Council Regulation” , the following definition:—
‘ “the Council Regulation ” means Council Regulation ( EEC ) No. 355/77 on common measures to improve the conditions under which agricultural products are processed and marketed as amended by Council Regulation (EEC) No. 1932/84 .’
Section 3Revocation
The Agricultural Products Processing and Marketing (Improvement Grant) (Amendment) Regulations 1983 are hereby revoked.
