Section 1
This order may be cited as the Assured Tenancies (Approved Bodies) (Amendment) Order 1985 and shall come into operation on 19th September 1985.

The Assured Tenancies (Approved Bodies) (Amendment) Order 1985
Section 2
The Assured Tenancies (Approved Bodies) ( No. 6) Order 1982 is hereby amended by the omission from the list set out in the Schedule thereto of the following body:
(1) Asda Property Holdings Limited.
Section 3
The Assured Tenancies (Approved Bodies) (No. 7) Order 1983 is hereby amended by the omission from the list set out in the Schedule thereto of the following body:
(5) Fairview Estates p.l.c.
