Section 1
These Rules may be cited as Public Trustee (Custodian Trustee) (Amendment) Rules 1985 and shall come into operation on 18th March 1985.

Section 2
In Rule 30(1)(f) of the Public Trustee Rules 1912 after the words “British Gas Corporation” there shall be inserted the words “or any subsidiary of the British Gas Corporation” .
