Section 1Citation and commencement

These regulations may be cited as the Social Security Benefit (Dependency) Amendment (No. 3) Regulations 1985 and shall come into operation on 25th November 1985.

Section 2Amendment of the Social Security Benefit (Dependency) Regulations 1977

In paragraph 2B of Schedule 2 to the Social Security Benefit (Dependency) Regulations 1977 for the amount of £80, in both places where it occurs, there shall be substituted the amount of £85.
