Section 1 Title and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Warble Fly (England and Wales) (Amendment) Order 1985 and shall come into operation on 26th March 1985.

Section 2 Amendment of principal order

Article 4 of the Warble Fly (England and Wales) Order 1982 (notification of disease and restrictions on movement) shall be amended as follows—

(a) for sub-paragraph (a) of paragraph (1) there shall be substituted the following sub-paragraph—

(a) with all practicable speed give notice of the fact to a veterinary inspector; and

and

(b) in paragraphs (4) and (5) for the words “the appropriate veterinary inspector” there shall be substituted the words “a veterinary inspector” .
