Section 1

These Regulations shall come into operation on 1st March 1985, and may be cited as the Motor Vehicles (Tests) (Amendment) Regulations 1985.

Section 2

The Motor Vehicles (Tests) Regulations 1981 are hereby amended in accordance with the following provisions of these Regulations.

Section 3

In Regulation 3 (Interpretation), in paragraph (1), immediately before the words ““articulated bus”” insert the words “agricultural motor vehicle” .

Section 4

In Regulation 6 (Exemptions), in paragraph (1), after sub-paragraph (xix) add the following sub-paragraph:—

(xx) an agricultural motor vehicle.
