Section 1
These Regulations may be cited as the Motor Vehicles (Type Approval for Goods Vehicles) (Great Britain) (Amendment) Regulations 1985 and shall come into operation on 1st March 1985.

Section 2
The Motor Vehicles (Type Approval for Goods Vehicles) (Great Britain) Regulations 1982 are hereby amended so that in paragraph (2) of Regulation 3, in sub-paragraph (g) for the words “engineering plant, a land tractor” there are substituted the words “an agricultural motor vehicle, engineering plant” .
