Section 1

These Regulations may be cited as the Police Cadets (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 1985.

Section 2

These Regulations shall come into operation on 17th June 1985 and shall have effect, for the purposes of paragraph (a) of Regulation 3, as from 25th October 1984, and, for the purposes of paragraph (b) of that Regulation, as from 1st September 1984.

Section 3

The Police Cadets Regulations 1979 shall be amended as follows:—

(a) in Regulation 18(3) (women's stocking allowance) for the words “£22” there shall be substituted the words “£25” ;

(b) for the Table in Schedule 2 (pay) there shall be substituted the following Table:—
