Section 2
The Foreign Compensation Commission (Czechoslovakia) Rules 1982 shall be amended by inserting after sub-paragraph (d) of paragraph 1 of rule 37 the following sub-paragraph:—
(dd) in the case of an applicant other than a corporation, any person who satisfies the Commission that he is a relative or personal friend of the applicant he proposes to represent and that he has the authority of the applicant to represent him in that behalf.
