Section 1
(1) This Order may be cited as the Video Recordings Act 1984 (Commencement No. 1) Order 1985.
(2) This Order does not extend to Scotland.

Section 2
Sections 1, 4, 5, 7, 8, 22 and 23 of the Video Recordings Act 1984 shall come into operation on 10th June 1985.
