Section 1
These Regulations may be cited as the Motor Vehicles (Type Approval for Goods Vehicles) (Great Britain) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 1986, and shall come into operation on 1st August 1986.

Section 2
The Motor Vehicles (Type Approval for Goods Vehicles) (Great Britain) Regulations 1982 shall be further amended so as to have effect in accordance with the following provisions of these Regulations.
Section 3
In Schedule 1 (Type Approval Requirements), in column (5) (Date of application) of items 2, 3A, 4B(3), 4C(3), 4D(3), 6F, 6G and 6H for “… 1986” in each place where it occurs there shall be substituted “1st August 1986” .
