Section 1Citation and Commencement
These Regulations may be cited as the London Taxis (Licensing Appeals) Regulations 1986 and shall come into operation on 1st August 1986.

The London Taxis (Licensing Appeals) Regulations 1986
Section 2Prescribed period
The period prescribed for the purposes of both subsections (2) and (5) of section 17 of the Transport Act 1985 shall be 28 days from the date of the written notice of the decision of the licensing authority.
