Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Gas Act 1986 (Commencement No. 1) Order 1986.

Section 2

(1) Sections 1, 65 and 68 of and Schedule 1 to, the Gas Act 1986 shall come into force on 18th August 1986.

(2) Sections 2, 63 and 64 of, and Schedule 2 to, that Act shall come into force on 23rd August 1986.
