This Order may be cited as the Transport Act 1982 (Commencement No. 6) Order 1986.

The Transport Act 1982 (Commencement No.6) Order 1986
Section 2
The following provisions of the Transport Act 1982, insofar as they extend to England and Wales, shall come into force on 1st October 1986, namely—
Part III (except section 39),
Sections 73, 75 and 76,
Schedules 1 and 3.
Section 3
This Order shall not extend to Scotland.
