Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Administration of Justice Act 1985 (Commencement No. 2) Order 1986.

Section 2

The following provisions of the Administration of Justice Act 1985shall come into operation on 1st October 1986—

(a) section 13,

(b) section 22,

(c) section 23,

(d) section 38,

(e) section 47,

(f) section 51,

(g) section 55,

(h) section 67(1) so far as it relates to paragraph 7 of Schedule 7, and

(i) section 67(2) so far as it relates to so much of Part III of Schedule 8 as refers to the Supreme Court Act 1981 and the County Courts Act 1984.
