These Rules may be cited as the Poisons (Amendment No. 2) Rules 1986 and shall come into operation on 1st December 1986.

Section 2
Schedule 4 to the Poisons Rules 1982 shall be amended by the insertion, in Group I, after the words “fluorescent lamps” , of the words “flux in any form for use in soldering” .
