This order may be cited as the Reservoirs Act 1975 (Commencement No. 4) Order 1986.

The Reservoirs Act 1975 (Commencement No. 4) Order 1986
Section 2
(1) The provisions of the Reservoirs Act 1975 specified in the Schedule to this order shall come into force on 1st April 1987 in Greater London and the metropolitan counties.
(2) Article 2(3)(ii) of the Reservoirs Act 1975 (Commencement No. 2) Order 1985 and article 2(2) of the Reservoirs Act 1975 (Commencement No. 3) Order 1986 shall be revoked on 1st April 1987.
