Section 1

(1) This scheme may be cited as the Agriculture and Horticulture Grant (Variation) Scheme 1986 and shall come into operation on 25th January 1986.

(2) This scheme extends to Northern Ireland only.

Section 2

Paragraph 14 of the Agriculture and Horticulture Grant Scheme 1980 (closing dates for claims) shall be further varied by substituting in sub-paragraph (2)(d) for the date “30th June 1986” the date “30th September 1986” .

Section 3

Paragraph 15 of that scheme (closing dates for incurring expenditure) shall be further varied by substituting in sub-paragraph (b) for the words “before 1st January 1986” the words “before 1st April 1986” .
