Section 1
This order may be cited as the Local Government Reorganisation (Property etc. ) (Local Fisheries Committees) Order 1986 and shall come into operation on 1st April 1986.

The Local Government Reorganisation (Property etc.) (Local Fisheries Committees) Order 1986
Section 2
On 1st April 1986 all property, rights and liabilities to which a metropolitan county council was immediately before that date entitled or subject in its capacity as a constituent council of a committee established by an order under section 1 of the Sea Fisheries Regulation Act 1966 shall vest in the constituent councils of the committee as constituted on that date.
