Section 1Citation and commencement

(1) This Act of Sederunt may be cited as the Act of Sederunt (Shorthand Writers' Fees) 1987 and shall come into force on 27th July 1987.

(2) This Act of Sederunt shall be inserted in the Books of Sederunt.

Section 2Amendment of fees

In Chapter II of the Schedule to the Act of Sederunt of 7th May 1935 , in the paragraphs specified in column 1 of the following table, for the figures specified in column 2, substitute the figures specified in column 3 of that table:—
