Section 1Citation and commencement

(1) This Act of Sederunt may be cited as the Act of Sederunt (Rules of Court Amendment No.3) (Shorthand Writers' Fees) 1987 and shall come into force on 27th July 1987.

(2) This Act of Sederunt shall be inserted in the Books of Sederunt.

Section 2Amendment of fees

In Chapter IV of rule 347 of the Rules of Court , in the paragraphs specified in column 1 of the following table, for the figures specified in column 2, substitute the figures specified in column 3 of that table:—
