The Education (Grant) (Amendment) Regulations 1987

Section 1

These Regulations may be cited as the Education (Grant) (Amendment) Regulations 1987 and shall come into force on 31st July 1987.

Section 2

In regulation 10(a) of the Education (Grant) Regulations 1983 (“the principal Regulations”), there shall be added after the word “profit” the words “except Cranfield Information Technology Institute”.

Section 3

In regulation 11 of the principal Regulations, there shall be added–

(a) in sub-paragraph ( a ) after the word “establishments” the following words

“or, in the case of Cranfield Information Technology Institute, the persons responsible for the management thereof”,

in sub-paragraph ( b ) after the words “governing bodies” the words “or persons”.

Section 4

To the list of establishments mentioned in Schedule 4 to the principal Regulations there shall be added “Cranfield Information Technology Institute”.
