The Lands Tribunal for Scotland (Amendment) (Fees) Rules 1987

Section 1

These Rules may be cited as the Lands Tribunal for Scotland (Amendment) (Fees) Rules 1987 and shall come into force on 1st August 1987.

Section 2

For the Table of Fees contained in Schedule 2 to the Lands Tribunal for Scotland Rules 1971( ) there shall be substituted the Table of Fees set out in the Schedule to these Rules.

Section 3

The Lands Tribunal for Scotland (Amendment) (Fees) Rules 1983( ) are hereby revoked.

Section 1

On an application under section 1 or 4 of the Conveyancing and Feudal Reform (Scotland) Act 1970( )

Section 2

On an application under Part III of these Rules or where the Tribunal is acting under a reference by consent

Section 3

On any other application (not being an appeal under Part IV or Part VA or a reference under Part V or Part VC of these Rules)

Section 4

(a) On the hearing of an application under section 1 of the Conveyancing and Feudal Reform (Scotland) Act 1970

Section 5

On the hearing of an application under Part III of these Rules or in relation to any dispute relating to the assessment of betterment levy referred to the Tribunal under section 47 of the Land Commission Act 1967( ) or where the Tribunal is acting under a reference by consent:–

Section 6

On the hearing of any other appeal or reference (not being an appeal under Part IV or Part VA or a reference under Part V of these Rules) in which no fee is payable by reference to an amount determined

Section 7

On supplying and certifying a copy of an order or determination of the Tribunal

Section 8

For each sheet of a copy of all or part of any document (other than a copy to which item 7 applies)

Section 9

On a case for the decision of the Court of Session - an application for appeal by way of stated case (to include drafting of case and any necessary copies)
