Section 1

These Regulations may be cited as the Motor Vehicles (Tests) (Amendment) Regulations 1987 and shall come into force on 3rd August 1987.

Section 2

The Motor Vehicles (Tests) Regulations 1981 are hereby amended so that in the regulations specified in column 1 of the Table below for the amounts specified in column 2 of that Table there are substituted the amounts specified in column 3 of the Table.
