Section 1
These Regulations may be cited as the Rules of the Air and Air Traffic Control (Third Amendment) Regulations 1987 and shall come into force on 1st October 1987.

The Rules of the Air and Air Traffic Control (Third Amendment) Regulations 1987
Section 2
The Table to rule 36(1) of the Schedule to the Rules of the Air and Air Traffic Control Regulations 1985 shall be amended as follows—
(1) In Column 1 immediately below“Liverpool”there shall be inserted“London City Airport”and in Column 2 adjacent thereto there shall be inserted“(3)(a) and (b)”.
(2) In Column 2 adjacent to“London/Stansted”there shall be deleted“4(a), (b) and (c)”.
