Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Mortgage Indemnities (Recognised Bodies) Order 1987 and shall come into force on 30th July 1987.

Section 2

The bodies named in the Schedule to this Order are hereby specified for the purposes of section 444 of the Housing Act 1985.
