Section 1
This Order may be cited as the Reciprocal Enforcement of Maintenance Orders (Hague Convention Countries) (Variation) Order 1987 and shall come into force on 20th August 1987.

Section 2
Schedule 1 to the Reciprocal Enforcement of Maintenance Orders (Hague Convention Countries) Order 1979 shall be varied by inserting, after the word “Czechoslovakia”, the words “Federal Republic of Germany”.
