Section 1

These Regulations may be cited as the Data Protection (Fees) (No. 2) Regulations 1987 and shall come into force on 11th November 1987.

Section 2

Regulation 2 of the Data Protection Regulations 1985 and the Data Protection (Fees) Regulations 1987 are hereby revoked.

Section 3

The fee payable under section 6(7) of the Data Protection Act 1984 on an application for registration and under section 8(5) of that Act on an application for the renewal of registration shall be £40.
