Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Job Release Act 1977 (Continuation) Order 1987 and shall come into force on 30th September 1987.

Section 2Continuation

Section 1 of the Job Release Act 1977 shall continue in force until the expiration of the period ending with 29th September 1988.
