Section 1Citation and commencement
These Regulations may be cited as the Advice and Assistance (Scotland) Amendment (No.2) Regulations 1987 and shall come into force on 1st September 1987.

Section 2Interpretation
In these Regulations, “the principal Regulations ” means the Advice and Assistance (Scotland) Regulations 1987 .
Section 3Amendment of principal Regulations
In sub-paragraph (c) in Part I of Schedule 3 to the principal Regulations, for the words from “Schedule 1” to “Schedule 2 to” there shall be substituted “regulation 11(3) of, and Schedule I to,” and at the end of sub-paragraph (c) there shall be added the words “assubstituted by regulation 4 of, and Schedule 2 to, the Criminal Legal Aid (Scotland) (Fees) Amendment ( No. 2) Regulations 1987 ”.
