Section 1
The Regulations may be cited as the Hovercraft (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 1987 and shall come into force on 25th February 1987.

Section 2
The Schedule to the Hovercraft (Fees) Regulations 1985 shall be amended as follows:—
(1) In paragraph 10, in sub-paragraphs (1) and (2) for “£41.50” there shall be substituted “£45.50”.
(2) In paragraph 11, for “£41.50” there shall be substituted “£45.50”.
