Section 1 Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the National Health Service (Transferred Staff— Appeals Amendment) Order 1987 and shall come into force on 4th September 1987.

Section 2 Amendment of Order

In regulation 2 of the National Health Service (Transferred Staff—Appeals and Modification) Order 1982, for the first definition there shall be substituted the following:—

“Panel” means the appropriate panel for the hearing of appeals by employees in accordance with the agreement approved by the Secretary of State under the National Health Service (Remuneration and Conditions of Service) Regulations 1974 on 30th July 1987; and
