Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Local Government Reorganisation (Property) (West Yorkshire) Order 1987, and shall come into force on 2nd March 1987.

Section 2

There shall vest in each local authority mentioned in the Schedule hereto—

(a) the relevant land so mentioned; and

(b) all rights and liabilities acquired or incurred exclusively in connection with that land.
