Section 1Citation
(1) This Order may be cited as the Warkworth Harbour Revision Order 1987.
(2) The Warkworth Harbour Acts and Orders 1847 to 1984 and this Order may be cited together as the Warkworth Harbour Acts and Orders 1847 to 1987.

Section 2Increase in borrowing powers
In the proviso to article 3 of the Warkworth Harbour Revision Order 1973 (which provides that the total sum for the time being borrowed by the Warkworth Harbour Commissioners under that article and section 7 of the Warkworth Harbour Act 1893 shall not exceed £150,000) for “£150,000” there shall be substituted “£500,000”.
