Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Gipsy Encampments (District of Cherwell) Order 1987 and shall come into force on 15th October 1987.

Section 2

The area of the District of Cherwell is designated as an area to which section 10 (prohibition of unauthorised camping in designated areas) of the Caravan Sites Act 1968 applies.
